Technical description

The technical description describes the limits of a piece of land that is subject to unusual rights such as

- Boundaries ;

- Administrative boundaries;

- Easements (of passage, view, surface area, etc.);

- Agricultural zoning limits (e.g.: delimitation of the sector used for residential purposes in compliance with CPTAQ requests)

- Agreements prior to real estate transactions (ex.: sale of a parcel of land),


Each line that determines the limits of the parcel of land is described by its length and width. The description also indicates the ins and outs and the area of the land. The technical description includes a plan showing the boundaries and neighbouring properties and a report.
